Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of soil and organic materials, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products, or bulk materials

  • Custom blends or special-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.

  • In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the purchaser.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be refunded in accordance with Canadian regulations.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend tracking using the tracking information provided for your item, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
